Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc.

Welcome to Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our lawncare services, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc.

1. Services Provided

Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc. agrees to perform the lawncare services as outlined in the signed contract or agreement. Any specific details requested by the client must be described in detail to Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc.

2. Contractual Agreement

By signing a service contract with Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc., you agree to the following:

• Payment for services rendered as per the terms of the signed contract.

• Compliance with the agreed schedule for lawncare services.

• Cooperation in granting access to your property during agreed service hours.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Payment options include; bank interact e-transfer, credit card, debit card, cash or cheque.

• Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 10%.

• Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 28 after the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is current. A fee of $50 will be imposed for having to suspend services due to this. The Client will be responsible for any additional fees incurred during the collection process. 

4. Cancellation and Termination

• Customer Cancellation: The Client may cancel services by providing written notice at least 2 days before the next scheduled service. Fees may apply for cancellations without adequate notice.

• Company Termination: Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc. reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment, repeated cancellations, or any breach of these terms.

5. Liability and Property Access

• Property Damage: While we take great care in providing our services, Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc. is not responsible for damage to items left on lawns, unmarked sprinkler systems, or any other unmarked utilities or objects.

• Access to Property: The Client agrees to provide access to the property during scheduled service times. If access is not granted, the missed service will still be billed.

6. Weather and Rescheduling

Lawncare services are subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you of any schedule changes and reschedule services at the earliest possible date. In most cases, the reschedule date will be 1 day before or after your usual scheduled day of the week.

7. Customer Responsibilities 

The Client agrees to:

• Ensure the lawn is free of debris, furniture, and other obstacles prior to scheduled service.

• Notify us of any specific hazards or conditions on the property.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc. strives for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please notify us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns.

9. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc., its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s breach of these terms.

10. Amendments

Paysage Jar Mow Lawncare Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
